FUEL: Developing Future for Children and Youth

Epworth’s Ana A. Brito Foundation (EAABF) offers FUEL programs, Focused Uplifting Enriching Learning, that nurture children and youth through supportive after-school activities, tutoring, and enrichment opportunities designed to build confidence and strengthen academic skills. Let’s Read promotes literacy with engaging reading practice, while additional programs provide creative hands-on learning, soccer clinics to encourage healthy teamwork, and leadership development to prepare students for success in school and community life. All childcare and enrichment activities take place at Epworth UMC, 9008 Rosemont Dr, Gaithersburg, MD, with entry through the top wooden doors. Childcare for ages 2 through 5th grade begins September 2, 2025, alongside EAABF Bridges classes, and Child Enrichment formally launches October 7, running through May 2026. These programs are free and open to the public, with voluntary donations to support EAABF’s mission of making enrichment opportunities accessible for all families.
